How you'll make an impact?
As an Assistant Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting senior finance leaders and stakeholders with financial insights and performance analysis. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders to drive commercial benefits.
- Assisting in identifying and implementing profitability improvement initiatives through financial analysis.
- Supporting the Senior Commercial Business Partner in delivering strategic financial plans.
- Enhancing financial understanding within the business by providing coaching and insights.
- Delivering clear financial analysis to support decision-making and business improvements.
- Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reviews.
- Supporting pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Presenting pricing proposals and contributing to pricing governance discussions.
- Contributing to finance process improvements and efficiency projects.
- Assisting with financial reporting and performance reviews for senior leadership.
Why our Client is excited about you
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or working towards qualification.
- Experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or FP&A.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and costing methodologies.
- A proactive mindset, capable of identifying and driving process improvements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Preferably experience presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders.
