How you'll make an impact?

As an Assistant Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting senior finance leaders and stakeholders with financial insights and performance analysis. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders to drive commercial benefits.
• Assisting in identifying and implementing profitability improvement initiatives through financial analysis.
• Supporting the Senior Commercial Business Partner in delivering strategic financial plans.
• Enhancing financial understanding within the business by providing coaching and insights.
• Delivering clear financial analysis to support decision-making and business improvements.
• Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reviews.
• Supporting pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Presenting pricing proposals and contributing to pricing governance discussions.
• Contributing to finance process improvements and efficiency projects.
• Assisting with financial reporting and performance reviews for senior leadership.

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or working towards qualification.
• Experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or FP&A.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and costing methodologies.
• A proactive mindset, capable of identifying and driving process improvements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Preferably experience presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders.
