The Roles
Do you dream of a better built environment?
We're looking for an Associate Director or Project Director to help us design a better future - one where buildings genuinely serve the needs of the people who use them. If you're a highly talented and experienced Associate or Project Director who's looking for their next exciting challenge, this could be the role for you.
With seven studios across the UK, Cyprus, and India, and over 50 years' history, ADP is an AJ100 top 30 architecture practice which designs around the principles of sustainability, belonging, and engagement, rethinking the built environment to create a better future. You'll have the opportunity to utilise and develop your skills in a chosen sector or as an all-rounder, working with our cross-practice specialists in sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, and education design.
Our Associate Directors oversee and manage our ADP projects and teams and act as the lead consultant within the wider design team. You would be managing the design process, programming outputs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs which align with ADP's ethos and vision. You'll be supported by a local Director and our nationwide specialist Sector Directors.
