What will you do?

As an Associate Business Consultant, you will become part of a team of enthusiastic Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) specialists. You will work on high-impact and challenging projects at large national and international organizations in the financial, energy, telecom and high-tech industries. You will be based in our office in Mechelen, Belgium or at the customer premises.

All of our consultants do project-based work, where the emphasis is on delivering value to our customers. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to translate and implement innovative business strategies using the NowPlatform for our clients. You will work closely with our technical teams to ensure the seamless integration of our solutions into the client's business environment.

To do your job properly, we offer you ongoing training courses and coaching to ensure you have the adequate skills in the area of Platform-as-a-Service. We ask

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications or any related field.
• Proficiency in English. Dutch & French is a big plus!
• 1-3 years of experience in a consultancy environment, preferably with exposure to IT projects and Enterprise Software.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles is a plus, and candidates with a ServiceNow ITSM certification will be considered favorably.
• Basic experience in delivering presentations and communicating solutions to clients.
• Willingness to actively learn and contribute to the company's solutions portfolio by leveraging knowledge gained from projects.
