Job Description

Position Overview

The primary role of an Associate, Innovation x Intelligence is to support engagements by driving the research and fact-gathering process, analyzing, and synthesizing findings, and developing deliverables for clients. Associates contribute through the creation of or contribution to creative and impactful presentations.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid position requiring onsite collaboration. The role will be based out of our office located in London. All candidates must be willing to commute into the office on a regular basis.

Role Requirements:

  1. Have direct access to clients and senior-level leadership
  2. Distill actionable and intriguing insights from research using relevant quantitative techniques and appropriate analytical frameworks
  3. Effectively communicate our conclusions directly to clients through the creation of creative and impactful presentations
  4. Be supported by an unparalleled group of peers and leaders throughout each engagement

Preferred Qualifications

  1. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a high level of academic achievement at a four-year college or university.
  2. 0-2 years of prior relevant internship or project-based work experience in strategy consulting.
  3. Expected to work in teams and bring excellent communication skills, confidence, and a 'can-do' attitude.
  4. Demonstrated success in analyzing and synthesizing information to draw accurate, logical, and actionable conclusions.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Demonstrated experience exercising critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  7. Foreign language skills preferred, but not required.
