Job Description
UpSlide is the number one productivity solution provider for financial services. Our software dramatically improves the functionality of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Power BI and enables users at firms like Citi, KPMG, and BNP Paribas to focus on high-value tasks rather than formatting or copy-pasting. We're scaling up with 160+ employees across our offices in New York, London, Paris (HQ), Singapore, and Berlin.
Our values Our values guide our approach to work and are at the heart of our recruitment process. To join our team, we look for individuals who value:
As a team, we often work closely as advisors for each other on projects and regularly help each other out where possible. We run quarterly retros on our progress as a team (a great space for praise and feedback), have work anniversary lunches, and are known to frequent Dishoom for team breakfasts.
You'll also be part of the wider UK team of about 35 people across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. We have monthly social events ranging from yoga classes to karaoke nights. And as a nod to our French roots, every Thursday at 4 p.m., we enjoy "goûter" (an afternoon snack break) with treats brought in by a different team member each week.
Team goals We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Consultant/Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with clear communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a natural curiosity. As an Associate Consultant, you will become an expert in UpSlide and the financial services industry whilst delivering improved workflows and productivity to our clients. You will quickly be onboarded to be autonomous in delivering your own client projects and additionally providing support to Senior Consultants on more complex ones. A big part of your role will be ensuring clients use the tool and set the account up for success - retaining our 98% renewal rate!

Your journey with UpSlide kicks off with our 4-month onboarding program. This well-structured period is here to make sure you feel fully supported and set up for success.
- Month 1-3: Initially, you spend time meeting the global teams and absorbing their knowledge through various sessions.
