Overview

Sat within Retail Media, this is an excellent opportunity for a Retail Media Associate Director to join and bring to life strategy and activation for our none other than Samsung!

With scope across global markets, you'll be working across strategy and activations, retailers and partners and lead on client conversations to ensure successful campaigns for Samsung across the eRetail landscape.

You'll be delivering best-in-class online retail strategy and uncovering growth opportunities. The successful applicant will have strong strategic, communication, and presentation skills, and be adept at solving complex business problems in a matrixed organisation.

We're looking for somebody with experience in Amazon and Retail campaign management, plus a deep understanding of eCommerce, retail optimisation, portfolio management, and data insights. Experience or interest in social commerce is a plus. The role involves assessing challenges, offering innovative solutions, and effectively communicating these to a senior audience.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • Support the Commerce team and Retail Media Director on your account by responding to briefs, making strategic suggestions, reporting, and presenting to the client.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies that align with the overall client business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships within agency, retailers, platform partners, and client teams.
  • Work with internal and external activation teams to ensure clear communication and delivery, whilst responding to briefs, making strategic suggestions, reporting, and presenting to the client.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for retailers and incorporate them into strategic decisions that will help the client improve their performance.
  • Work closely with internal data teams to understand customer preferences and behaviours, leveraging data insights to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications
  • Established experience within retail media and ideally across multiple markets.
  • Must have experience with Amazon and UK retailers.
  • Experience with Citrus Ads and Criteo is ideal.
  • Desired experience in social commerce or paid social would be very beneficial, as well as in-store digital displays, but the willingness to learn is key.
  • Skills in building presentations, responses, and recommendations to clients within commerce.
  • You need to have great communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills - our clients like to be challenged, but with diplomacy.
