Job Description

As part of its ongoing growth strategy, this international consultancy is looking for an experienced Cost Planning professional with a strong MEP background to join its UK Data Centre team.

Person Specification:
  1. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline
  2. Strong technical delivery experience
  3. Strong experience in Data Centres or other MEP heavy sectors such as Healthcare, Pharma, Hi-Tech Manufacturing
  4. MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
  5. Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner
  6. Strong Feasibility and cost planning experience
  7. Experience of providing procurement advice, tender documentation and post contract services
  8. Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery
  9. Strong MEP experience
  10. Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts
  11. A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines
  12. A team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious
