- Lead a mix of audit and accounts work, collaborating closely with managers and partners.
- Support and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills.
- Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Work on a 50-60% not-for-profits and 40-50% commercial client split, allowing you to gain specialist expertise.
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or studying for these, with experience in audit and accounts preparation.
- Strong technical knowledge and an understanding of reporting standards.
- A proactive, organised mindset, with excellent attention to detail.
- The confidence to manage client relationships and work effectively in a team.
- Experience with not-for-profits (e.g., charities or academies) is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
