The Role
As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients and leading audit assignments to completion. You'll contribute to the growth of the practice by developing relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. This role provides hybrid and flexible working options to support work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for a varied client portfolio, including both new and established clients.
- Lead and manage audit assignments, overseeing budgets, delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice to clients, responding to ad hoc queries and exceeding expectations.
- Support business development activities, including tenders and proposals.
- Contribute to the management of the audit team, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement.
- Line-manage junior team members, providing training and mentorship.
- Stay updated on technical developments in audit and accounting and share knowledge with the team.

About You:
- ACCA/ACA qualified with at least three years post-qualification experience in UK practice.
- A minimum of six years' UK practice experience, including operating at (Assistant) Manager level.
- Proven expertise in producing high-quality audits and leading teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
