Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary contact for day-to-day queries.
  • Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Review and coach junior staff, providing on-the-job training and fostering their development.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying sales opportunities and preparing proposals.
  • Assist in the preparation of Audit Findings Reports and presenting them to clients.
  • Monitor progress against budgets and provide solutions for issues identified during audits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and providing solutions.

About You:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified with significant auditing and accounting experience.
  • Proficient in UKGAAP accounting, Microsoft Office, and audit methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage audits and lead client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and team management skills.
  • A proactive, client-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
