Audit Senior Manager - Media

I am working with a top 10 consulting firm on strengthening their media team. This is a Partner-led, global Practice, acclaimed for its development of staff and providing reputable and varied services. This role is ideal for an experienced Audit Manager or new Senior Manager with an extensive history of working with media clients in a Practice environment.

The firm has a diverse and extensive range of clientele that has been accumulated through the growth and development of the firm and its people. This particular team, based out of the London office, is no different and will focus largely on the media space. You will join a talented team of partners and staff as the division continues to expand, overseeing and building upon an existing portfolio of clients.

Main responsibilities:

1. Take responsibility for the management of a portfolio of media clients
2. Utilise your Audit expertise across controls-based and substantive audits to ensure deadlines are met efficiently and within budget
3. Group reporting responsibilities around the management of large domestic audits and cross-border groups
4. Development of the Audit team as a manager and mentor, contributing to the overall development of the practice
5. Additional duties around investigations, valuations, due diligence, client and partner requests

Requirements:

1. ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
2. Strong working knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, FRS101 & 102
3. Group Audit and reporting experience
4. Demonstrable experience of managing direct reports
5. Experience managing a portfolio of media clients
