Job profile:
Experience in Lead-to-Order Processes: Proven experience in functional and business analysis to optimize lead-to-order workflows, enhancing sales performance and drive operational effectiveness.
Bridging the gap between the business, change and technology - able to interpret and understand complex business challenges in a fashion that can be naturally translated into technological capabilities to drive required outcomes.
CRM & ERP Integration: Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and their integration with ERP platforms to streamline sales operations.
Salesforce Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce; certification preferred.
Project management and change management; comfort overseeing full project lifecycle changes for lead-to-order transformation and initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery, development of project plans, milestones, and progress against delivery.
