We are hiring on behalf of our client, a highly regarded law firm, seeking a Banking & Finance Solicitor to join their well-established team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor at NQ level up to 8 years PQE to progress within a strong and supportive legal team.

The Role:

• Advising clients on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including corporate lending, real estate finance, and regulatory aspects.
• Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and facility agreements.
• Providing transactional support on high-value and complex deals.
• Engaging with clients across sectors, including financial services, real estate, and corporate enterprises.
• Collaborating with senior solicitors and partners to develop expertise in a thriving practice.

The Person:

• NQ to 8 years PQE with experience in banking, finance, or corporate law.
• Strong technical knowledge and a keen interest in financial transactions and regulatory matters.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proactive approach, commercial awareness, and a drive to develop within a leading team.
