Banking Domain Architect

MUST BE BASED IN BELGIUM

50% on-site in brussels, 50% remote working

Fluent in English and Dutch or French (basic knowledge of the other is required)

The Banking Domain Architect will ensure the architectural coherence of CRM systems, aligning them with business objectives and technological advancements. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on architectural design, supporting digital transformation initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design - Develop and document robust, future-proof IT solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with business and IT teams to validate and refine architecture decisions
• Implementation Oversight - Ensure compliance with architectural principles and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement - Stay ahead of technological trends and integrate them into the bank's IT landscape.

Required Skills & Experience

• Technical Expertise - Strong background in functional, technical, application, and data architecture. Experience with data modelling, API design, and enterprise modelling (eg, ArchiMate) is a plus.
• Business Acumen - Experience in Scrum and project management. CRM knowledge is an asset.
• Soft Skills - Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Language Skills - Fluent in English and Dutch or French (basic knowledge of the other is required).
