Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a BD & Marketing Executive to join the dynamic team of one of our prestigious, global law firm clients on a maternity cover basis. This role offers the chance to work closely with the European Marketing Director and global marketing teams, providing high-quality support to the firm's London office and core business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all London events, including in-house, external, and virtual, managing logistics and post-event follow-up.
• Assist in drafting pitches for new business opportunities, producing capability statements, fact sheets, and slide decks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare materials for business development initiatives, including email alerts, advertisements, and articles.
• Support marketing campaigns via press releases and social media channels.
• Draft and coordinate legal directory submissions and award submissions.
• Collect and input deal experience in the firm's database.
• Coordinate photography sessions and update lawyer biographies.
• Uphold best practices around the firm's CRM system, including maintaining contacts and distribution lists, preparing event invitations, and recording client event attendance.
• Advise on social media best practices and profile optimization.

• Relevant experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
