Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our Support Project, Analytics, Reporting & Change squad. The ideal candidate will manage run activities and contribute to change and transformation initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration: Work with IT divisions and stakeholders to understand project requirements.

Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and create visually compelling reports.

Data Integration: Integrate and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query.

Performance Monitoring: Optimize the performance of Power BI reports for efficient data processing.

Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of data sources, data models, and user guides.

Training: Provide training and support to team members on Power BI functionalities.

Required Skills:

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Power BI development, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, SQL, and integrating multiple data sources.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexity.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify actionable steps and make concise recommendations.

Documentation: Experience in documenting processes, controls, and best practices.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with technology infrastructure, software, and services.

Personal & Behavioral Skills:

Attention to Detail: Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
