Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Airtime Billing Team and act as the senior subject matter expert for all airtime-related matters
- Ensure the accuracy of billing databases and provisioning systems
- Oversee the monthly billing cycle, including invoice validation and resolution of billing errors
- Process activations, deactivations, and package changes for global airtime services
- Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions
- Generate and analyse billing and activation reports
- Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide training and support for internal teams on billing platforms and processes
- Approve supplier invoices and purchase ledger activity in coordination with the finance team
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Airtime Billing & Provisioning, preferably within Telecoms or Satellite Communications
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Expertise in telecoms billing software and processes
- Exceptional attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookup queries)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, methodical, and proactive in approach
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of SQL or Access
- Experience in the Satcoms or Cellular sector
- Familiarity with Navision/Great Plains ERP systems
