Job Description

Lawes Group are currently recruiting for a Binder Authority Broker to work with an established Lloyds Broker. This role will be based out of their office in London and will offer hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Binding Broker to develop their career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development and client management
  • Negotiate and manage all binding authority agreements
  • Offer advice on risk management
  • Oversee a portfolio of binding contracts
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring service and satisfaction
  • Assess performance of binding contracts
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a Binding Authority Broker
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) or similar software applications
  • In-depth understanding of the insurance market, particularly within the binding authority space
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with clients, insurers, and other associates
