Brand & Content Manager, EMEA

The Brand & Content Manager will define and execute Klaviyo's brand strategy in EMEA, ensuring the region knows what Klaviyo does and stands for. This role leads high-impact brand and campaign initiatives, content programmes, and activations that drive awareness, pipeline generation, and customer engagement.
You'll oversee the GTM approach for major company moments, branded activations, and content strategies while partnering with cross-functional teams - including Sales, Partners, CS, and Global Marketing - to create a seamless and compelling Klaviyo experience at every touchpoint. You'll also be responsible for measuring impact, linking brand efforts to pipeline growth and revenue.

- Recruits, hires, and trains team members as business needs scale
- Provides mentorship, coaching, and support to team members, ensuring their professional development and success
- Oversees daily team operations, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and objectives
- Conducts timely and constructive performance evaluations, offering feedback and guidance
Team Growth and Development:
- Balances team management responsibilities with direct contributions to partner marketing initiatives
How You'll Make a Difference:
- Lead and execute integrated brand and content activations, ensuring they drive acquisition, pipeline, and customer growth.
- Partner with Sales, Partners, and Marketing teams (Integrated, PR, Community, Event, Paid, PMM, Content, Influencers) to align initiatives and maximise impact.
- Optimise and create content that enhances the customer journey, leveraging insights from prospects, customers, and market trends.
- Craft end-to-end customer journeys by partnering with our global content and creative teams and local agency network to optimise existing content and strategise new content
- Own GTM strategy and execution for brand campaigns, select content programs, and regional events. channels for regional impact

- Ensure all marketing efforts leverage customer insights, address trends and serve the consumer and brand needs
- Develop quarterly themes based on your engagements with prospects and customers, and work with PMM to develop messaging for marketing
- Leverage external partners to ensure our brand tracker is measuring what matters to Klaviyo within the region and is relevant for our continued growth
- Be an expert in Klaviyo's product, features, competitors, and customers to ensure that all deliverables resonate with the target audience and are on-brand
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of experience with a proven track record of scaling strategic brand initiatives
- Experience owning metrics and KPIs/OKRs across a range of marketing activities
- An innovative thinker, with experience in executing strategic brand programs that are targeted, consistent, actionable and integrated across marketing
- You're a do-er. You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty, handle the logistics, and be the one directly pitching Klaviyo in the field.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes responsibility for the success of their function and delivering results
- Possess the ability to ground your decisions with data, metrics and customer insights.
- You know what Brand table stakes are in B2B SaaS and can elevate our current programs to ensure we're an example of what good looks like
- Substantial experience partnering with sales and senior business executives internally as well as with customers/prospects to deliver sound results
- Comfortable advising senior leadership and executives. You have subject-matter expertise in brand management and are comfortable flexing that knowledge.
- Ability to partner with creative teams (locally and globally, internal and external) to deliver great programs that are on-brand and clearly articulate Klaviyo's brand mission of empowering creators to own their destiny.
