Brand Partnerships & Activations Co-Ordinator

This role will work closely with key stakeholders in the business including marketing, design & merchandising teams to help build out collaboration partnerships.
Be an integral part of the partnerships process from start to finish - managing critical paths, contacting agents & internal communications to ensure all teams are working to deadlines.
Being a key point of contact for the business between Jaded and the collaborator.
Work on physical marketing activations (incl pop-up's & parties) with a particular emphasis on the US & Asia market.
You will support on the budget management process of all physical marketing activations to make sure we stay in budget.
Work closely with the Social Media & PR teams needs by helping deliver relevant content through curated partnerships to help drive further channel growth and engagement across all new and existing social facing channels.
Minimum Requirements:- Understanding of UK and US talent & brands - strong desire for US experience.
- Strong fashion experience ideally minimum 2 years in brand partnerships.
- Events/experiential experience.
- Ability to work across multiple projects at the same time and work to deadlines.
- Black book of talent agents and contacts.
- Fearless with the ability to generate ideas that can be tested rapidly to challenge current ways of working.
- Passionate about fashion and brand building.
- Ability to work in fast paced environments working to tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel outside of the UK.
