Job Title: Brand Specialist (Field Sales Representative) - Part Time (3 days)

Location: Manchester - Selfridges and other Key Retailers

Main Responsibilities:

We have an exciting opportunity to hire an ambitious, passionate sales-driven Brand Specialist to support all our brands across key retailers in Manchester. You will promote, demonstrate, and communicate to customers the brands in Selfridges, which will include ambitious retail sales targets.

You will show passion for providing exceptional service and demonstrate excellent product and brand knowledge while being self-motivated and able to work as a team player. You will be a role model in delivering the brand customer journey and will deliver exceptional service-led customer consultations to maximize sales opportunities.

The Brand Specialist will also plan and execute in-store trainings and events while highlighting stock challenges to your Line Manager and ensuring a full SKU profile is always available.

• Achieving sales targets while developing and embedding a premium customer service and building customer loyalty.
• Increase counter/account productivity to meet a minimum AUS 2.0 & AVS £65.
• Have a desire to learn fundamental product knowledge including features, benefits, usage, and application techniques to provide the best results for the customer, convey passion, and master brand storytelling.
• Traffic stop and share our brand icons.
• Maintain the counter/store quality and merchandising including appearance and cleanliness of counter/display, ensuring merchandising is to planogram and completing a stock audit for full stock availability while reporting out of stocks with your line manager and in-store teams.
• Submit daily and weekly reports to your Line Manager.
• Develop positive relationships with department store floor managers and head office.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of skincare and beauty trends.
• Bring new ideas to the business to maximize sales and hit targets.
• Arrange store activity and dual sites (as agreed with line manager) where possible to drive sales and footfall.
• Prepare and execute exciting events in-store that contribute to sales targets.
• Use technical knowledge and selling skills to influence customers and assist them in choosing the right products to ensure their continued loyalty.
• Proactively identify challenges with a solution-driven attitude.
• Ensure high merchandising standards are maintained e.g., planograms adhered to, testers available and clean and in date, POS on shelf, pricing tickets in situ.
• Manage samples effectively when available in store.
• Proven experience in sales and achieving/exceeding targets.
• Evidence of growing accounts.
• Selling in FMCG and beauty/skincare experience would be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, numeracy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent team player.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Working hours to meet peak trade requirements (Tuesday to Saturday).
