- You'll be intensely interested in evolving creative and technical processes and software, to ensure our video production is as innovative and efficient as possible.

- We want to be seen as a cutting-edge brand. You must be abreast of developments in the world of social media and what the implications might be for us.
- You can follow briefs very closely, but also take a loose brief and return work of an excellent standard.

- You will work closely with the QC team, ensuring they are able to assist you effectively when needed.
- You will need to have a good working relationship with Legal & Compliance.
- You won't be responsible for reporting, but you should still be interested in results and be able to find out what's done well and what hasn't - this information should inform your future work.
- You'll be confident around commissioners and production company teams, and be able to offer advice, training and insight into the production and delivery of our Branded content.
- Experience of creating content to client briefs and working with brands and agencies at every level, being their first port of call and lead contact if required.
- You should have experience in a client-facing role, working with external teams to lead on assisting with specifications to meet a creative brief.
- You should be a good trouble shooter for all things post-production. You'll have a strong understanding of editing workflows, techniques and technical specifications.
- You'll have a consistently sharp eye for video and sound QC and be able to spot errors or brand discrepancies and advise on solutions under pressure with fast turnarounds.
- You need a strong understanding of the Adobe CC Suite - including file formats, codecs, media ingesting and digital distribution products.
- Must have an understanding of post-production processes including colour-correcting edits, exporting and delivering assets to a variety of technical specifications.
- Must have a good knowledge of all areas of online marketing and content creation, with specific reference to social video content.
- Must be a confident shooter - including set up, lighting and file management.
- Must be comfortable leading meetings to external teams and partners.
