Job Description
The role
A key position within residential property management, this role involves ensuring the seamless daily operations of a portfolio of buildings. From maintaining technical equipment to managing tenant relationships and coordinating external contractors, this opportunity offers a dynamic mix of responsibilities.
Responsibilities
On-site duties
- Conduct regular building inspections: monitor elevators, parking areas, gardens, laundry facilities, and more.
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and quickly address technical issues, either directly or through external providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including fire safety equipment, lighting, and other key infrastructure.
Administrative tasks
- Request and compare supplier quotes, manage purchase orders, and track invoices.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, keeping records of all interventions.
- Oversee insurance claims, from reporting to resolution.
Tenant relations
- Serve as the primary contact for tenants: handle concerns, resolve issues promptly, and manage move-in/out inspections.
- Proactively communicate about ongoing works or disruptions to ensure transparency.
- Build and maintain positive relationships to enhance tenant satisfaction.
Your profile
- Versatility: Able to manage a variety of tasks, from technical to administrative and interpersonal.
- Organization: Skilled at prioritizing and managing schedules effectively.
- Responsiveness: Quick to act and efficient in resolving urgent situations.
- Autonomy: Comfortable working independently while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Languages: Fluent in French with a good command of Dutch and English.
