We are seeking an experienced and motivated Building Surveyor / Project Manager to join a forward-thinking firm of RICS Chartered Surveyors and Project Managers. Building Surveyor / Project Manager Salary & Benefits

Building Surveyor / Project Manager Job Overview

  • Contract administration of extension and refurbishment projects.
  • Undertaking measured surveys and producing AutoCAD drawings.

  • Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-facing personality.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, and AutoCAD LT.
  • RICS membership or working towards APC is desirable but not essential.
