We are seeking an experienced and motivated Building Surveyor / Project Manager to join a forward-thinking firm of RICS Chartered Surveyors and Project Managers. Building Surveyor / Project Manager Salary & Benefits
- Annual Salary: £30k - £60k, dependent on experience (guide only).

Building Surveyor / Project Manager Job Overview
- Contract administration of extension and refurbishment projects.
- Undertaking measured surveys and producing AutoCAD drawings.
- Preparing specifications and schedules of work.
- Submitting planning and building control applications.
- Conducting building condition surveys and developing forward maintenance registers.
- Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Building Surveyor / Project Manager Job Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-facing personality.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, and AutoCAD LT.
- RICS membership or working towards APC is desirable but not essential.
