You will be working with a Housing Association based in the East Midlands as a Building Surveyor.

They're in need of a Building Surveyor to look after responsive repairs which includes diagnosing damp and mould, inspecting insurance claims, and mutual exchanges.

Your hourly rate as a Building Surveyor will be £35 - £37 per hour on a 3-month interim contract. Following this, if everyone is happy, the post will go permanent.

2-3 days of your week will be spent on site for inspections or contractor meetings; this will vary depending on your workload. The other days that you allocate for admin duties are encouraged to be spent at home.
