As a Business Admin Team Leader, you'll bring experience of leading an admin team in a complex fast-paced environment. You will need to demonstrate great customer service & leadership skills. Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office & the ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic approach as well as be an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and flexible attitude.

As a Business Admin Team Leader, you will:

• Support The Business Administration Manager to lead the BA team to ensure a variety of daily tasks are completed, including
• Support with Data Quality Management by ensuring billing info is recorded correctly.
• Add patient charges for treatments on the internal Hospital systems.
• Activity identifying & resolving queries relating to invoicing, consultant fees & clinical coding.
• Provide high level administrative support, including phone payments, banking, post duties.
• Representing The Business Admin Department & acting as point of contact.
