Urgent Contract Role: VR-Certified Business Analyst (GRC/IRM - SecOps)
Location: US / UK / Ireland (occasional travel to the US)

Our client, a ServiceNow Consulting and Implementation Partner, is hiring a Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. Leveraging your expertise in GRC/IRM and Security Operations (SecOps), the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering large-scale implementations for enterprise clients, ensuring effective governance, risk management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• As the Business Analyst, you will serve as the link between business and technical teams, collecting and analysing requirements for GRC/IRM and SecOps solutions.
• Develop and implement security operations processes to strengthen enterprise risk management.
• Leverage SPC/module scanning tools for firewall and endpoint security assessments.
• Partner with stakeholders to successfully execute customer implementations.
• Offer strategic insights to enhance ServiceNow functionality and efficiency.
• Ensure alignment with security frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.
• Assist with testing, validation and deployment of security solutions.
• Work collaboratively with global teams, with occasional travel to the US.

Skillset

• Experienced VR-Certified Business Analyst with a strong background in GRC/IRM and SecOps.
• In-depth knowledge of security operations processes and industry best practices.
• Practical expertise in SPC/module scanning tools, including firewall and endpoint security.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering customer implementations and managing stakeholders.
• Skilled in assessing complex security risks and developing effective solutions.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel to the US as needed.
