Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (min. 6 years) to join a strategic program supporting both business and IT stakeholders in delivering impactful digital solutions. The position requires strong analytical skills, a structured mindset, and the ability to operate in a trilingual environment (Dutch, French, English).

Responsibilities

• Drive requirement elicitation, analysis, documentation, and traceability across the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and SMEs to shape business and functional requirements
• Design new business processes and define detailed use cases
• Translate requirements into test scenarios and support UAT preparation
• Monitor requirement coverage and contribute to quality reviews of deliverables
• Coordinate closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation
• Act as the main point of contact for business stakeholders

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written)
• Strong command of conceptual modeling techniques
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, IT environments, and testing processes
• Proven experience with requirements management tools and practices
• Strong analytical thinking, autonomy, and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with change management or performance measurement (KPIs)
• Prior involvement in testing and validation phases
