Job Description
If you are an experienced Business Change Manager with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we have a new contract role we would like to discuss with you.
Please note this role falls inside IR35 and will require onsite attendance once a week.
Responsibilities:- Lead Business Change activities across the portfolio.
- Demonstrate visible and effective experience to lead business change management activity.
- Experience of developing clear vision and standards and championing the use of best practice business change management standards, tools, and processes.
- Ability to drive through a goal-oriented strategic approach in a dynamic and complex organisational context.
- Proven ability to lead and implement high-volume, complex, multi-channel transformational change communications and engagement campaigns.
- Ability to lead coordinated engagement across a large number of stakeholders.
- Experience of utilising different change, communications and engagement disciplines in the context of a coordinated programme.
- Establish and maintain the change plan for allocated projects and provide input into the overall project delivery plan.
- Lead on Office Business Change messaging, working closely with the Delivery Manager.
- Ensuring and evaluating successful delivery of a coordinated programme of project engagement activities and events.
- Oversight of quality content across the entire Portfolio and project communications.
