Position: Business Controller/Management Accountant
Pay rate: £46.30 p/h inside IR35.
location: Filton, UK
Role Type: contract until Dec 2025 with Extension
Position: onsite
IO Associates seeks a Management Accountant for the Filton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Provide financial reporting, challenge performance, and support management in driving improvement initiatives.
- Assess business cases, validate financial data, and oversee cost, inventory, and capital investment controls.
Skills Required
- Preferred: Qualified Accountant (CIMA) with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a manufacturing or commercial setting.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar financial reporting tools.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive approach.
- Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across multiple levels and locations.
