This is a great opportunity to join the Business Development team contributing to the evolution and development of MGTL's Sales pipeline. You will help market and sell our core products to major Financial and non-Financial Institutions as well as opening up new markets for the platform. This will include upselling to existing Clients, identifying and applying for suitable Tenders and expanding the business in different verticals.
Fast-track platform familiarisation will equip you to work alongside the Business Development team and collaborate with our Client Operations and Technical teams. Over time you will be expected to take on relationships and progress some of the MGTL pipeline, perform demonstrations, map business requirements to MYRIAD functionality and promote/adapt use cases for Prospects. You will be involved in the full front to back Sales process, working as a team to secure new Clients.
Periodic European and International travel will be required with expenses covered by MGTL.
Purpose and Duties- Identify and maintain Prospect and Contact lists
- Develop and foster new external relationships with Prospects and partners
- Build and maintain Sales Pipeline
- Assist in the execution and management of projects
- Attend industry/marketing events - Network and identify Prospects with follow-ups post event
- Participate in Prospect meetings, demonstrations across all Products
- Assist in the production of internal/external presentations
- Assist in the production of Prospect demonstration data
- Identify new business lines to expand MGTL's audience and Prospects
- Respond to RFPs & RFI's in a timely manner
You'll be self-motivated, display a strong desire to meet and establish industry relationships. You should understand Prospects challenges and needs with the ability to apply them to our platform functionality and benefits. You will be confident in new environments and events, ensuring MGTL's reputation is maintained.
Qualifications- Able to fit in and work comfortably with our small teams in an approachable manner
- Keen communicator with an excellent grasp of the English language (other languages a bonus)
- Meticulous attention to detail and documentation
- Self-starter equally capable of fine detail and bigger-picture thinking and problem solving
- Office/Hybrid based location (City of London)
