1. Proven experience in business development, ideally within consultancy or professional services.
2. Strong knowledge of employee experience, employee engagement, or internal communications.
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
4. A proactive, goal-oriented approach with strong negotiation abilities.
5. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
