We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (Medtech & Life Science) to help spearhead our growth initiatives. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue.
The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of the Medtech & Life Science industry, including market trends and technological advancements, combined with excellent sales & negotiation skills.
What you'll get up to:Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
Identify, engage, and secure new clients in the Medtech & Life Sciences field, including Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare organisations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and consultative selling.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Preparation and delivery of compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities within the Medtech & Life Sciences sector to inform strategic planning.
Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Underwriting, Product, and Operations to align offerings with client needs.
Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on data analysis and market research.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the Medtech & Life Sciences industry.
Results-driven with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Strong knowledge of the life sciences market, including industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience using our tools and software including Hubspot, Cognism, Aircall, Slack, Crunchbase, & Beauhurst is a bonus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
