Business Engineer

Context:

To expand our activities in Belgium we are looking for a Business Development Engineer with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: you recruit and build your own consultant team by supporting all stages (sourcing, interviews, preparation of client meetings, contract)
• Business Development: You will be required to prospect for new accounts, to develop your client portfolio, to negotiate contracts, to calculate project costs and estimate ROIs, while maintaining the qualitative image of IKOS in the railway and/or Energy sector.
• Management: You support your teams daily to ensure their development within IKOS and their skill improvement.
• Some travel will be required for client meetings and visiting consultants.

Profile:

• You have a degree in engineering or equivalent, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and want to develop in a transversal role. You are persistent, creative and stress resistant.
• You possess leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills and adapt easily to different situations. Good organizational skills and excellent priority management are essential in this position.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken French and English.
• Above everything you are highly motivated and have a real passion for making a difference
