Responsibilities for our Business Funding Executive:
- Contact existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships while identifying opportunities for upselling our cash advance services.
- Understand the unique financial needs and challenges of each customer and provide a solution that aligns with their goals.
- Explain the benefits and features of our cash advance services, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring that the customer has a full understanding.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account status in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including sales quotas and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and our evolving systems to provide informed guidance to customers.
Requirements for our Business Funding Executive:
- Proven experience in an outbound sales role, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven and demanding environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
