Job Description
Lynx are recruiting for a reputable consultancy who are looking for an experienced/accomplished Business Improvement Manager to join their team.
The Business Improvement Manager will be managing a Delivery team of up to 10 members of staff working with exciting clients in industries such as; Automotive and Travel & Tourism.
Essentials Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with Process Improvement/Operational Excellence
- Experienced operating models
- Business architecture experience
- Team management experience
- Stakeholder management experience
- Consultancy/MSP background
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role
- Lean Six Sigma certified (black or master black belt)
- Computer Science/IT based BSc Degree 2:1 or above
The Business Improvement Manager is a hybrid role working in the office 3 days a week.
