16yrs - 17yrs: £7.71ph 40 hours per week including time at college.
Over 18yrs: £10.71ph - 42.5 hours per week including time at college.
Over 21yrs: £12.21ph - 42.5 hours per week including time at college.
Chromebook and uniform will be provided.

As a Mears Apprentice you will be paid above the national minimum wage and be paid for your normal working hours plus time to do your college work with the opportunity to get real life experiences such as working in people's homes, getting involved in community projects and improving people's lives by being customer focused. The apprenticeship will take around 16 months to complete and result in gaining your NVQ level 2 in customer service.
About the role:
As a Business Support Apprentice, you will be developing within the role guided by your mentor. The role will be based within our Administration team within Ilford and will be working alongside the team supporting the R&M Contract. You will be involved in various duties including liaising and communicating with stakeholders, clients, and contractors; compiling reports; answering queries, complaints, and compliments via email or phone; and undertaking administrative tasks such as typing up notes and attending meetings.
Key Criteria:
- GCSEs minimum national 4 in Maths and English.
- Keen to learn.
- Enthusiastic.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
