Morgan Hunt are currently working with a well established Charity organisation in their search for a temporary Business Support Executive reporting into the Head of Research.
You will be responsible for attending and taking minutes at board and sub-committee meetings, circulate minutes following each meeting, ensuring that follow-up actions are communicated effectively. You will also maintain and update contact database, ensuring these data are up-to-date and retained in a way that is compliant with GDPR/data-protection regulations.
The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated with experience of managing competing priorities and working in a busy environment. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the confidence to work both independently and as part as a team. It is also important that you are detail oriented and have excellent IT skills.
Job Title: Business Support Executive
Location: London (Fully Remote)
Pay Rate: £16 per hour (PAYE)
Job Type: Temporary
Hours: Part-time (4 days per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for attending and taking minutes at board and sub-committee meetings, circulate minutes following each meeting, ensuring that follow-up actions are communicated effectively.
- Maintain and update contact database, ensuring these data are up-to-date and retained in a way that is compliant with GDPR/data-protection regulations.
- Maintain charity records and files (online and physical), managing the charity's archive and file storage, filing of charity documents.
- Administrate IT, telecoms and online services and subscriptions used by the charity, including website, cloud storage, telecoms, software, social media subscriptions, etc.
- To undertake training necessary to perform role, as required.
- Provide additional administrative support to support Head of Research as required.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of working in a busy environment and able to manage competing priorities and heavy workload.
- Must have good IT skills; ability to use Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in person and emails.
- Must be aware of GDPR and Data Protection legislation.
