Job Description

Business Systems Process Owner (CRM) - London - £60k

Pearson Carter are partnered with an analytics service provider who helps organisations improve internal leadership. They are seeking a Business Systems Process Owner to take ownership of the internal business processes. This role will include regularly evaluating the CRM system, getting feedback, and analysing support request trends to identify areas of improvement through training and development.

The annual salary for this role is up to £60,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with key stakeholders and business users to understand their needs (requirements gathering)
  • Understanding the customisation and configuration capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Conducting system testing including user acceptance testing to ensure intended features
  • Considering how other systems might interact/integrate with Dynamics CRM

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills with different teams in the business
  • Proven experience with stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and creating enhancements to the business systems
  • ERP platform experience with MS Dynamics CRM / D365 CE is essential.

Location

This company has offices in London where you will be expected to work on a hybrid basis 3x a week in this position.
