Vacancy Details
Duration: Two positions available: one for a 12-month FTC/Secondment and another for a 9-month FTC/secondment, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Location: This role is based in the Quadrant, Milton Keynes. This role is a full-time opportunity; flexible working patterns may be considered. For Quadrant:MK, you must live within 75 minutes travel of the Quadrant:MK.
Band & Salary: Band 5, £26,000 - £28,000, depending upon experience.

About the role
The Campaign Delivery Support is a key member of our team supporting the delivery of our busy central recruitment campaigns. Every year we recruit large numbers of graduates, apprentices, and signallers.
You will be responsible for supporting our Campaign Delivery Specialists in all aspects of assessment and selection for our campaigns, including maintaining records and project plans, organising assessment and engagement events, dealing with candidate queries, supporting assessors, making offers, and seeing successful candidates through their onboarding journey.
What skills and experiences are required?
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment where volumes are high and accurate record keeping and tracking is key to our success. We are looking for a strong administrator with keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering a consistent high-quality service. You will have experience of quickly learning multiple processes, ensuring compliance, and experience in resourcing/recruiting.
You will be committed to ensuring a seamless candidate journey from application to onboarding. As part of this role, you will need to travel to locations within our routes to deliver assessment events across the business, sometimes needing an overnight stay.
Essential Criteria
Experience of working as part of a team in a client-focused environment.
Experience of meeting challenging deadlines in a volume-oriented resourcing/recruiting environment.
Strong organisational/process management skills.
Good MS Office skills, particularly proficiency in Excel.
Excellent communication skills, especially telephone manner.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to run briefing and training sessions.
Experience of dealing with senior managers.
Excellent verbal communication and written skills.
An ability to develop strong collaborative working relationships.
Desirable
Experience of large-scale recruitment assessment centres.
