Job Title - Sales Executive (Car Rental Sector)

Job Location - Plymouth

Salary - £8.91ph with a £21k OTE

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling car rentals to holiday makers, local businesses, and the general public. If they have a car already booked, your role is to upgrade the car rental that is already booked online.

For example, you will upgrade the car to a luxury car, a bigger car, offer better insurance than already booked, offer child and baby seats, and upsell satellite navigation.

Responsibilities:

• Offer and convince the client regarding the opportunity of integrating additional products to the rental contract.
• Achieve targets.
• Manage the documents related to the booking of vehicles, directly or through brokers, to finalize the contract and the attribution of the vehicle following the established procedures.
• Provide clients with the correct information to finalize the vehicle rental contract.
• Record on the company's computer system any client data gathered as well as any relevant information obtained on finalizing the rental contract.
• Be available and close to the representative by maintaining proper behavior.
• Carry out the various operational reports requested.
• Perform administrative tasks related to the rental of vehicles, billing of debtors, GFA of breakdowns and accidents, and other issues.
• Occasionally control the vehicles by activating the adequate procedure in case of damage detection and managing the objects left behind.
