Car Sales Advisors

Wessex Garages are currently looking to recruit Car Sales Advisors for our Kia dealership in Feeder Road, Bristol. You will not only be responsible for selling vehicles, but will be selling and promoting Finance, Insurance products and Paint Protection.

Job Specification

As a Sales Advisor you will support our customers throughout their buying journey - from their first point of contact with us to the moment they take delivery of their new car. Whilst completing our comprehensive training and development programme you will learn how to meet and greet customers, prospect and appoint leads; and fully qualify customer needs before learning how to professionally sell vehicles and peripheral products in line with industry regulation.

Person Specification

Existing and potential customers are at the heart of everything we do, therefore you will be a customer focused person that possesses a passion for delivering exceptional customer care. Naturally organised and able to process detailed information, you will keep your product knowledge up to date and relevant and be motivated to achieve in a results-focused environment. Previous sales experience is non-essential, however you will possess a positive attitude and be dedicated to achieve full sales executive status and make a success of your career in sales.

You will have an outstanding work ethic, take ownership of your work and inspire your colleagues to 'raise the bar' and exceed their full potential whilst driving Sales.

Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with experience of working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.

Key Information
Working Pattern: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 6pm, 30 mins lunch, Sat 8:30am - 5pm. Day off in lieu during week and 1 late shift per week.
Weekly working hours: 40

Pay: £23,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
