Overview of the Career Returners Programme

We welcome applications from those who are looking to return to their career in Technology and have taken a career break of 18 months or more. During this time, you may have been working in a field unrelated to your past career, or have been out of paid work for an extended period.

The world of technology is fast moving and there are excellent opportunities to find a fulfilling role that also provides flexibility. Roles are available on a hybrid and part-time basis. There are occasions when we are able to consider alternative flexible working arrangements, and we are happy to discuss individual requirements.

Our office is City based in London, in an enviable location on the river.

Candidate Suitability and Qualification

We often look for people to fulfil the following roles in the Technology Division, which can be at varied corporate levels from Analyst, Associate, Vice President and Executive Director:

  1. IT Business Analyst
  2. IT Programme/Project Manager
  3. Software Developer
  4. Cyber Security

In order to secure a position as a Returner you will need to have the permanent right to work in the UK and have had a career break of at least 18 months.
