School caretaker - 18hrs per week - Enhanced DBS Required

This is a caretaker role based in South Sheffield at a vibrant school, the ideal candidate will be located in S13, S20, S26 or around surrounding areas.

Your new role
Will consist of:

• Cleaningduties.
  
• Changinglight bulbs.
  
• Changingdoors.
  
• Maintainany locks and security/fire doors.
  
• Generalground works.
  
• Movingequipment and furniture.
  
• Recognisedqualification/substantial experience within a suitable trade, for examplejoinery or plumbing.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Be able towork independently.
• Have strongcommunication skills.
  
• DIY skills
  
• Caretakingexperience (Ideal).
  
• Legionellatrained. (Desirable)
  
• Joiner/Maintenancebackground.(Desirable)
  
• Handyperson
  
• Beproactive.
  
• The ideal candidate will have an Enhanced DBS that is on the update service (DESIRABLE)
