This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your administrative and Paraplanning skills to support our Financial Advisers with their case management.

About the role

You'll work closely with our Financial Advisers to support with actioning remedial client cases from beginning to end. Becoming a part of our Transition and Onboarding team, this role is crucial in maintaining our firm's Gold Standard and aligning with FCA and Consumer Duty requirements.

Your role is more than just case management, it's about ensuring every step of the client journey benefits from our exceptional client service.

Accountabilities

  1. Support Financial Advisers with timely and accurate management of remedial cases.
  2. Track all case outcomes and provide feedback to Advisers to improve consistency and quality.
  3. Ensure all client files and advice processes meet the firm's Gold Standard and align with FCA and Consumer Duty requirements.
  4. Ensure all data entry is completed accurately and within specified timelines.
  5. Review and update client documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  6. Streamline administrative tasks and support advisers in managing client interactions efficiently.

Skills and Experience

  1. Level 4 qualification in Financial Planning (or working towards).
  2. Intermediate Excel - v:lookups and pivot tables.
  3. Experience in Paraplanning and IFA administration.
  4. Strong understanding of Financial Planning processes and regulatory requirements.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  6. High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
