Category Manager - Edinburgh/Hybrid

The Role:
- Build and deliver Category Plans by being innovative and collaborative with various cross functional stakeholders.
- Consistently track and report on savings targets for specified sub-categories using the agreed process.
- Deliver high savings targets through implementation of robust sourcing events.
- Support the business to achieve compliance with legal, ethical, and social procurement policies with integrity and good judgment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in Procurement ideally in a related field.
- Cross functional working and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
- Knowledge of Supplier relationship and performance management.
- Category Planning experience.
