Job Description

Job Title: Senior Change and Communications Manager

Location: Hybrid - London - 3 days per week
Salary Range: £80,000-100,000 DOE

Overview:

We are currently partnered with a Legal firm seeking a Senior Change and Communications Manager to lead internal communications and change management across the division's global operations. This pivotal role will support key initiatives such as technology re-platforming, cultural development, and quality management frameworks, driving strategic transformation within the business. The ideal candidate will balance both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, handling a diverse range of initiatives that span multiple locations, including the UK, Europe, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage internal communications and change management efforts across multiple global regions, including the UK, Europe, and APAC.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support organisational transitions, including technological transformations, cultural development, and quality management frameworks.
  • Drive strategic change initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Create engaging content across multiple communication channels, including email, newsletters, Intranet, and presentations.
  • Provide hands-on support with change management processes, focusing on technology-enabled transformations as well as broader business change initiatives.
  • Work closely with legal, operations, and technology teams to ensure communication strategies align with business needs.
  • Balance strategic planning with communications content creation, managing both high-level change initiatives and detailed communication projects.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.

Key Requirements:

(Must have)

  • A hybrid professional with a strong background in both change management and communications.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust and good relationships with complex stakeholders.
  • A proven trach record in change management and driving the change capability in technology-driven change programs.
  • Proven expertise in drafting engaging content for diverse communication channels.
  • Experience in managing large-scale change programs, particularly related to technology and organisational culture shifts.
  • Ability to work across multiple business functions, including legal, operations, and technology teams.
  • A delivery-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environments.
  • Experience working within a global organisation ideally within the Legal/Professional Services industry

(Desirable)

  • Formal change management qualifications such as PROSCI
