Job Description

Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Growth Officer, a part of the Founding Team. The CGO will be responsible for driving business growth in terms of both Revenue and Customers across geographies and product lines, by scaling up the sales and account management, partnerships, marketing and business development capabilities, as detailed below:

1. Business Development:

  • Client Leads for Sales
  • Agency Leads for Partnerships
  • Channel Account Manager Leads for Partnerships

2. Partnerships:

  • Grow Relationships and Drive adoption programs
  • Channels through badging and programs and channel account teams and drive Revenue programs from Channels
  • Agencies through reseller/referrer relationships
  • Products to generate leads for Sale
  • Generate Revenue from Enterprise/MidMarket
  • Drive Conversions from the Leads Received.
  • Account Manage existing clients to upsell more products

3. Marketing:

  • Create collaterals for Sales, Partnerships and PLG.
  • Generate inbound leads for Sales and Sign-ups (PLS)
  • Support Partnerships with Co-Marketing opportunities and Programs
Requirements
  • Should have 10+ years of working experience.
  • Experience with building a growth function, preferably for a global Adtech/Martech business.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset is the other most important attribute to succeed in this role and at Datahash.
  • Datahash has a reputation of being a knowledge leader, and this role should be able to demonstrate the ability to uphold and elevate the same.
  • This role may require a significant amount of travel due to the global nature of the business and the necessity to scale up the function.
