Carmoola is a rapidly growing fintech car finance lender. Following a successful launch of the business, there is now an amazing opportunity for someone to come in and help in the CEO Office.
Carmoola is a fully automated direct-to-consumer car finance lender. We have raised over £140M+ and are backed by some of the world's leading investors like QED. We are now focused on scaling the business from £10M+ to £100M in revenue.
Your Role in Our Mission
We're looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO/Founder and leadership team at Carmoola, helping to drive efficiency, strategic decision-making, and company-wide execution. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where you'll be involved in everything from preparing board packs, shareholder updates, and CEO reports, to conducting data analysis and market research to support key decisions. You'll play a crucial role in meeting coordination, tracking action points, and ensuring execution, while also supporting recruitment, onboarding, and internal culture initiatives-helping to organise events and drive engagement across the team. Beyond this, you'll be a problem-solver, operational enabler, and trusted right-hand to the CEO, ensuring the company runs smoothly as we scale. Responsibilities
Strategic Support & Reporting- Prepare board packs, CEO reports, and shareholder updates, ensuring the team is always equipped with the right insights.
- Conduct data analysis and market research projects to support strategic decision-making.
- Write business cases and strategic papers.
- Own special projects that help scale the business, from operational improvements to company-wide initiatives.
- Help set up and coordinate meetings-ensuring they are efficient, well-structured, and action-driven.
- Take meeting notes, track key action points, and follow up to ensure execution.
- Organise annual and quarterly planning.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Support the senior team with administrative tasks and one-off support.
- Help ensure quality and high standards are maintained across the wider team.
- Drive and organise internal events to foster a strong company culture.
- Work cross-functionally to help solve problems and remove roadblocks for the team.
