Successful candidates will enhance the principal's efficiency and effectiveness. Candidates must be highly discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to be relied upon in day-to-day life and work. Proactivity, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are key attributes, along with tact and diplomacy.

Prerequisites include a high degree of professionalism, total discretion, diplomacy, competence, excellent time management, resilience, and being a team player.

This role is based full-time in the London office with occasional travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day tasks including diary management, meetings, travel arrangements, and follow-ups on items from meetings.
  • Act as the sole point of contact for the principal and undertake discrete small-scale projects as requested.
  • Protect and manage the principal's time while managing multiple residences with an international household team.

  • Act on behalf of the principal regarding interests in QIPCO and assist with submission of tax returns.
  • Provide any other services reasonably requested by the principal from time to time.

This is an interesting and absorbing role for a polished individual with a CV demonstrating high-level support to an ultra-high-net-worth individual in all aspects. Candidates should be career-oriented, loyal, and seeking a long-term position. Top English skills, both written and spoken, are essential, along with a good international overview.
